In the rural areas of Extremadura that do have Internet access, 9 out of 10 residents (84%) consider that “digitalization must be an inclusive process that contributes to the sustainable development of the rural world”.
According to the study, the cell phone (98%) and the laptop PC (87%) are the two most used devices.
