To visit the bridges of Colmenillas, Gavias, Pilones and Torremenga you only have to walk along the paths between the Cerrado stream and the Gavias stream.
Another emblematic point of Pizarral is the church dedicated to San Miguel Arcángel, of Romanesque style and built in the early sixteenth century. A good time to visit this church, which houses the Virgen del Rosario, patron saint of the town, is on September 29 when the festivities in honor of the saint are held.
Gastronomic days
Every year in March, Pizarral pays homage to the Iberian pig with a gastronomic day. A different way of celebrating the typical traditional slaughter, so that its neighbors, visitors and relatives of former residents enjoy a great party full of local cuisine and folk dancing. Those who do not want to wait until March to enjoy the Iberian ham from Salamanca, can always visit the facilities of Jamones Montenuevo.
