Pedro Abad (CEO of Asteo Red Neutra) and Mar Rodríguez, Councillor for the North District, Employment and Trade Promotion, Alcobendas City Council

Asteo Red Neutra has signed an agreement with the Alcobendas City Council, the city where the company’s headquarters are located, to promote employment in this area. Special attention will be given to groups such as young people under 25, women, individuals over 40, people with disabilities, and long-term unemployed, provided that candidates meet the profile required by the company.

Through this agreement, which is valid for four years, Asteo Red Neutra commits to using the Alcobendas City Council-Municipal Employment Agency’s Job Board for job offers generated by its workforce growth or potential replacements. The City Council will provide Asteo with the CVs of candidates who match the profiles required by the company for job vacancies.

For its part, Asteo Red Neutra commits to giving preferential consideration to hiring workers from the Alcobendas Employment Agency, especially if the candidates are young people under 25 and women over 40, people with disabilities, long-term unemployed, unemployed individuals who, due to their socio-professional situation (family responsibilities, etc.), require immediate entry into the workforce, and groups at risk of social exclusion.
