7_ Forms and data protection policy
7.1_ On the website there may be forms that the user can fill out to request information about our services. Forms may be filled in to receive communications about products and services provided by Asteo. These forms are not in the nature of electronic contracting or traditional pre-contracting.
7.2_ For the purposes of the provisions of REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), Asteo informs the User that the data collected in the aforementioned forms, are processed by the former and incorporated into a file that has implemented all the technical and organizational security measures established in the aforementioned regulation. In accordance with these regulations, Asteo is the Data Controller.
7.3_ The User is informed of the collection of such personal data, expressly accepting and consenting to the processing of such data by Asteo in the manner and for the purposes indicated herein.

7.5_ Transfer of data.
The data provided by the user may be transferred to entities belonging to Asteo’s partners and/or to entities collaborating with Asteo. In the latter case, so that they can contact the user to offer the telecommunications service. When the user voluntarily provides his/her data, they will be transferred to the collaborating companies that provide the telecommunications service in the area where the user requires it. In this way, these companies will be able to contact the user to offer their services. The contact details and property address provided by users during the coverage check process may be shared with telecommunications operators with whom we maintain commercial and/or network interconnection agreements. This is for the sole purpose of allowing these operators to send the user information and commercial offers regarding fiber optic internet access services available at their address through our network. 7.6_ For what purpose do we process your data and under what legitimacy?
We may process the user’s data for the following purposes:
(i) To provide you with information about our services. Upon your request, we may contact you, for example, by telephone in order to provide you with information about our products or services based on your consent.
(ii) To provide you with information based on your coverage We will process your information in order to check whether you are covered by our services at the address you provide to us by contacting you thereafter to inform you of the services at that address based on your consent.
(iii) Commercial contact. In the event that the user contacts us on their own initiative through any of the channels that Asteo has enabled such as email, telephone, profiles and accounts on Social Networks or any other means that may be established in the future, we inform you that we will treat the information provided by the user, regardless of the channel, to provide the information requested by the user based on their consent.
(iv) Contact of collaborators. In case the user requests it, Asteo’s collaborating companies whose dedication is the installation of the telecommunications service, may contact the user to provide him/her with the information requested on the basis of his/her consent.
7.7_ What kind of data do we process?
For the purposes described above, all user data is processed, which can be divided into the following sources and categories:
(i) Data provided directly by the user, either at the time of requesting information through the completion of the forms provided for this purpose or those provided when requesting that we contact the user to inform him/her about the services or to check the coverage.
(ii) Data derived from the development of the relationship: Data provided indirectly by the user in the framework of the informative contacts that may occur or through the use of the website.
This category includes navigation data through the public website or data on specific needs of the service or others of a similar nature.
(iii) Data inferred by Asteo: Data inferred by Asteo through the study of user data either through the application of mathematical algorithms or its know-how.
This category includes data such as the results of customer profiling activities according to the different criteria that may be used by the entity, such as contact channel, information requested, conversion rate, etc.
(iv) Data obtained from third parties: data provided by third parties such as geomarketing companies, RRSS, the CNMC or other companies that may collaborate with this body for compliance with telecommunications regulations, companies that provide information on the economic activities of freelancers or professionals.
7.8_ Data retention
User data collected and processed by the Data Controller will be retained for a maximum period of 6 months from the date of collection for the management of the request submitted, coverage enquiries and/or connectivity offers, etc., unless the user confirms its renewal or withdraws consent before that period.
7.9_ User rights
The user has the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, potability, objection or that your data is not subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects on him or her or significantly affects him or her in a similar way.

7.10_ Advertising
